Max began running a hotel at the age of 17. He currently owns and operates several hotels and taverns. Hence, he is eminently qualified to share ideas about entering the hospitality business.

Since 1988, Max has lectured at NSW TAFE to the new licensees entering the industry. As a result of these lectures, Max wrote his first book Hands On Hospitality. The book is, as is this presentation, designed for people entering or thinking about buying a Pub, a Motel or a Restaurant.
