I believe 2005 will be the year the ‘rest of the hospitality industry’ will realize and recognize the marketing power and possibilities of the Internet. (As distinct from you and I, who have been ‘crowing’ about the Internet for some time :) Certainly the Net never ceases to amaze and astound me.
