Ask any parent to name the most important element of their child’s education and chances are the answer will be good teachers. While new technologies and new subject areas are rushing into the foreground of the educational process, these can only be used appropriately by students through the guidance of good teachers.

So, why not pay tribute to these sculptors of the minds of the next generation on the 5th of October – Teachers’ Day. Wherever you are in the world, nearby there will be a Junior school, a High school a University or a learning institution full of teachers. Try contacting the school about celebrating Teachers’ Day at your place. My experience is if you make the effort to recognize their contribution to the community a good percentage of them will become your regulars.
