“Don’t worry about profits” he said

“What’s your service motto?” I asked, several weeks ago, after telling of the think tanking sessions I did with Swiss Belhotels. One result of the sessions was Swiss Belhotels adopting “My priority is YOU” as a service motto. Since then many subscribers have sent their service mottos. Thank you. I’ll share them with you over a period of time.

Gavin Wallace from www.endtrust.co.nz wrote telling about the Crows Nest Tavern in Wangapaoroa, New Zealand which is run by Paul Lutz. “Paul is amazing and is a rare find.” wrote Gavin “He treats his whole bar as one big family.”

“In the Crows Nest Tavern there is a sign behind the bar that says - Service is our most important product. A customer is not an interruption of our work. He/she is the purpose of it. We are not doing a favour by serving them. He/she is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.”
