“What’s your service motto?” I asked, several weeks ago, after telling of the think tanking sessions I did with Swiss Belhotels. One result of the sessions was Swiss Belhotels adopting “My priority is YOU” as a service motto. Since then many subscribers have sent their service mottos. Thank you. I’ll share them with you over a period of time.
