Amazing discovery…spammers do some good (inadvertently)

I think spam and spammers are wonderful! Whoa there...not so fast. Before you begin to violently disagree and delete this e-mail, please lend me your ear (or I should say eye) for but a moment.

Think about it. I guess you, like me, receive many spam e-mails every day. They used to drive me crazy! But then I realized you don’t have to read them. You simply hit the delete key and bingo...they’re gone. You can even delete them in bulk by holding down the Ctrl. key and highlighting the ones you wish to delete...and then hit the delete key.

“By why are spammers wonderful?” you ask. Well, I believe they help you ‘stand out’ from the herd. (That’s what my Zebra Marketing Principle is all about). I guess I delete about a hundred spam e-mails per day, using the format mentioned above. So, when I come to a ‘friendly’ e-mail from someone I know, like and respect...it is such a delight. And the same seems to work for the people who receive my weekly e-mails. I can’t begin to tell you how many people have written to me saying “As soon as we see your e-mail in the inbox it’s the first one we open.”

WOW! I’ve never heard of anyone finding a benefit from spam and spammers. I feel like I’ve just discovered penicillin! :)
